This series is a gantry-mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine, engineered for drilling, tapping, and milling operations on steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing bearings. It supports carbide drills with internal cooling for high-speed drilling applications. Equipped with either KND or Siemens CNC systems featuring bus control, the machine offers user-friendly operation and delivers high-precision, automated production ideal for multi-variety, small-to-medium batch manufacturing.
3.1 This machine aims to drilling holes on the metal plate of building steel structure, power iron tower and petrochemical equipment. It adopts gantry type structure. The axis X, Y and Z are drove by servo motor through precise ball guide screw. It positions automatically, precisely and quickly and finishes the processing of drilling automatically.
3.2 The control system of this machine adopts KND or SIEMENS control system, which is easy for new operator even without rich experiences.
3.3 Automatic chip removal and circulation cooling system reduce the nonproductive time and labor intensity. The operator only need to load and unload work piece and change the drills.
3.4 Machine use Taiwan BT40/BT50 spindle, internal cooling type, high accuracy spindle. It can use carbide drill. Machine also adopts pneumatic tools cylinder, to make tools change more easier. The big power main spindle motor is driven by servo synchronization belt. This is can bear big scope of rotation speed.
3.5 This CNC drilling machine is designed according to the workpiece features and precision requirements; it has compact form and is flexible, it meets the processing requirements better. No matter the holes are arranged as circle or straight line, it can finish the work quickly and accurately. Therefore, this machine is cost-effective choice.
products faq
An H Beam Production Line is a complete automated system for manufacturing H-shaped steel beams. It typically includes an uncoiler, leveling unit, assembly machine, tack welding machine, main submerged arc welding (SAW) system, straightening machine, cutting equipment, and material handling conveyors. All components work together to transform steel plates or coils into finished H-beams with high efficiency and consistent quality.
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) is the most commonly used process for main welding in H beam production lines. It offers deep penetration, high deposition rates, excellent weld quality, and minimal spatter—making it ideal for heavy structural beams. Some lines also incorporate gas-shielded welding for tacking or light sections.
The line is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of beam sizes. Standard configurations typically handle web heights from 200mm to 1,500mm, flange widths from 100mm to 800mm, and material thicknesses from 6mm to 60mm. Custom sizes can be accommodated with tailored equipment design.
After welding, the thermal distortion caused by heat input is corrected by a straightening machine, which applies pressure to bend the beam back to the required straightness tolerance. In addition, precision assembly fixtures and automated control systems ensure accurate web-flange positioning before welding, maintaining consistent product dimensions throughout production.
Routine maintenance includes checking and replacing welding consumables (flux, wire, contact tips); inspecting conveyor chains, rollers, and bearings; monitoring hydraulic system oil levels and seals; cleaning the flux recovery system; and verifying the straightening machine's adjustment accuracy. We provide comprehensive maintenance schedules, spare parts support, and on-site technical assistance to minimize downtime.
