This equipment features a dry sanding belt combined with four sets of universal sanding roller brushes. It is primarily designed for edge processing, hole deburring, and surface finishing of metal sheets, including drawing, descaling, and polishing. It can effectively remove burrs generated by stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting in a single pass, from all directions. As a result, all edges and holes of the workpiece achieve a smooth small R-arc finish. The entire processing procedure is safe and reliable, ensuring superior workpiece quality.
1.1.1The abrasive belt station first removes large burrs, such as slag particles, from the workpiece surface. Following this, the four sets of universal sand roller brushes—with adjacent brushes rotating in opposite directions—eliminate burrs on edges and inner holes while forming uniform R-angles. The R-angle size can be adjusted through process parameters and abrasive belt selection.
1.1.2 The pass-through processing method ensures that the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece remains intact throughout the operation.
1.1.3 Both stations can operate independently. The abrasive belt station is capable of surface drawing, polishing, descaling, and slag removal, while the sand roller brush station provides 360° deburring with no dead angles.
1.2.1 A vacuum negative pressure adsorption system is employed to firmly secure workpieces during processing, ensuring stability and precision.

3.4 The front end of the abrasive belt features a lock nut structure, which not only facilitates adjustment of the front-to-rear flatness of the machine head but also enables quick disassembly for convenient replacement of abrasive belt consumables.
3.5 Both the front and rear of the abrasive belt are equipped with limit switches to prevent belt misalignment or breakage, triggering an automatic stop and braking function for enhanced operational safety.
